Guest Experience Specialist — part-time work-from-home role at IdealHub

Part-Time Contract Guest Experience Specialist (WFH)

RM150 per work shift · Remote, Malaysia · Part-time, contract

Deal with guest bookings across multiple platforms, keep booking calendars accurate and help guests find the right homestay — all from your own laptop, with full training provided.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Handle guest bookings every day across multiple booking platforms

Manage guest enquiries by phone and email, and convert reservations promptly

Coordinate booking communications and keep calendars and staff in sync

Book and block units per SOP, and monitor reservations and discounts

Complete all function paperwork accurately and on time

Handle incoming calls professionally with strong problem solving

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Fresh graduates and university students welcome — full training provided

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese (written Mandarin is a plus)

Own a laptop and a strong internet connection

Tech savvy, able to multi-task and follow up within deadlines

Handyman / Technician — Renovation & Maintenance

RM2,100 – RM2,300 per month · Sri Petaling / Klang Valley · Full-time, permanent

Keep our homestay homes in great shape — from routine inspections and repairs to painting, plaster ceilings and minor renovation work across the Klang Valley.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance and repairs across properties

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and plumbing issues

Supervise and coordinate third-party contractors for specialised repairs

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management

Handle general upkeep and renovation work, including painting and plaster ceilings

Assist with deep cleaning and chemical treatments when needed

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

SPM graduates welcome — no experience needed, full training provided

Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work

Friendly, responsible and customer-oriented

Willing to work weekends, public holidays and on-call shifts (extra income)

Class D driving licence preferred, and willing to travel around the Klang Valley
