Majestic Residence Urban Oasis

The Project Story

Designed specifically to stand out in the competitive rental market, this compact 459 sqft 1-bedroom condominium at Majestic Residence in Kuala Lumpur was transformed on a highly efficient RM37,000 budget. The design embraces a modern urban aesthetic infused with warm earth tones, maximizing both space and functionality to attract premium urban professionals.

To optimize the limited footprint, the living area features custom floor-to-ceiling wooden cabinetry that seamlessly integrates a dedicated study desk, offering a smart work-from-home solution. A tailored beige sofa and rich brown floor-to-ceiling drapery bring cozy sophistication to the room, while the minimalist floating wood TV console is elevated by a subtle fluted accent panel. In the adjacent space, classic wall wainscoting and a modern textured dome pendant frame a round walnut dining table, creating a highly inviting, turnkey home that feels both spacious and meticulously curated.
